# TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

**Effective from 20 June 2026**

## Article 1 – Purpose and Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("T&Cs") exclusively govern the contractual relationship between:

**The Seller:** Yvan LISA, Sole Trader, registered with the Saintes Trade and Companies Register (17100), France, under number 99030059200013, whose registered office is located at 6 Boulevard Félix Reutin, 17200 Royan, France, operating the website lueursyl.com.

**The Customer:** Any individual or legal entity placing an order through the website lueursyl.com.

The purchase of any product or service through this website constitutes unconditional acceptance by the Customer of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

## Article 2 – Products and Services

The products offered for sale are those displayed on lueursyl.com, subject to availability. Each product is accompanied by a description.

Photographs and images are provided for illustrative purposes only. While every effort is made to ensure they accurately represent the products, slight variations may occur, particularly regarding colours and handcrafted items.

## Article 3 – Prices

The prices shown on the website are stated in Euros (€) and include all applicable taxes. VAT is not applicable pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

The Seller reserves the right to amend prices at any time. However, the price displayed on the website at the time the order is placed shall be the only price applicable to the Customer.

Delivery charges are not included in the listed prices and are added before the order is confirmed.

## Article 4 – Orders and Payment Terms

Orders may be placed through the website lueursyl.com.

Payment is due immediately upon placing an order.

Payments are processed using secure payment methods available on the website, including bank cards, Stripe and PayPal. The Seller never has access to the Customer's banking details.

## Article 5 – Delivery

Products are delivered to Mondial Relay pickup point within approximately 5 to 7 days after order confirmation.

### Delivery Areas

France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal and Italy.

### Delivery Times

Delivery times are provided for guidance only. If delivery exceeds thirty days from the date of the order, the sales contract may be cancelled and the Customer refunded.

### Transfer of Risk

Risk passes to the Customer once the goods have left the Seller's premises. In the event of damage during transport, any justified claim must be submitted to the carrier within three days of delivery.

## Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise the right of withdrawal without giving any reason and without incurring any penalty.

Return shipping costs shall be borne solely by the Customer.

Products must be returned complete, unused and in their original packaging.

In accordance with applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised products.
We will always seek an amicable solution to avoid inconveniencing the customer.

## Article 7 – Guarantees and Complaints

All products supplied by the Seller benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects provided under French law.

In the event that a product is found to be defective or non-compliant, it may be returned to the Seller for replacement or refund.

## Article 8 – Liability

In relation to distance selling, the Seller is subject only to an obligation of reasonable means.

The Seller shall not be held liable for any damage arising from the use of the Internet, including but not limited to data loss, unauthorised access, viruses, service interruptions or any other events beyond the Seller's control.

## Article 9 – Personal Data

The Seller undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of all information provided by the Customer.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

## Article 10 – Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute or complaint, the Customer shall first contact the Seller in an attempt to reach an amicable solution.

Failing an amicable settlement, consumer customers may make use, free of charge, of a consumer mediation service.

Any dispute shall fall within the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Saintes (17100), located at:
